Position: Mechanical/Piping Engineer
Control of construction work on the installation of piping and pumping units manufactured by Schlumberger. Verification and acceptance of executive documentation after completion of construction. Development of procedures for performing hydraulic testing of pipelines (According to ASME standards), as well as procedures for performing tie-in to existing pipelines. Close cooperation with representatives of DIS on the delivery of hydraulic testing of pipelines (According to VSN). Commissioning of the technological process.

TCO KTL Seasonal Gap Reduction (SGR) Project Mechanical Engineer (Equipment)
Participation in the process of Contract concluding for purchasing and delivery of new equipment with Vendor Companies: Milton Roy, Vessco, Flowserve, Belkamit. Participation in acceptance and installation of new equipment, selection of lubricants as per Vendor recommendations for rotational equipment, execution of works related to testing/commissioning of equipment, working in close cooperation with Equipment Vendors on provision of supporting documentation: Equipment Passports, Datasheets, Equipment Preservation Procedures, Spare Parts Specifications and other technical documents. Control of current as-built documentation submission by Contractors, control of testing activities, review and approval of Contractors as-built documentation. Preparation of Purchase Requests for materials and spare parts required for commissioning and operation of instruments and equipment. Joint work with Procurement on identification of consumables and spare parts for equipment.

Development and writing of commissioning procedures. Observing and controlling construction works on equipment and pipeline installation with associated instrumentation in compliance with the drawings, dealing with CMS data base. Leak testing, purging, and flushing of pipelines, selection of proper lubrication materials for rotating machinery, on-load and no-load running of the pumps, measuring vibration, completion of associated check lists. Loading of cation and anion to the Mixed Beds, putting water treatment units into operations.
